Rockstar Wireless Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Rockstar Wireless is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that provides wireless services utilizing the infrastructure of multiple U.S. network providers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Coverage, speeds, and performance may vary based on location, device compatibility, and network conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Use a compatible device (BYOD or Rockstar-provided)

3. Plans, Billing & Payments

• All plans are prepaid, unless otherwise stated
• Charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of service and possible loss of phone number.

4. AutoPay & Renewals

• You authorize Rockstar Wireless to charge your payment method on file
• Plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to billing date
• You may cancel AutoPay anytime via your account dashboard

5. Data Usage & Network Management

• Unlimited plans may be subject to fair use policies
• Speeds may be reduced after thresholds
• Network prioritization may occur during congestion

6. Device Compatibility & eSIM Activation

• Devices must be unlocked and compatible
• eSIM activation may be required
• Activation timing may vary

Rockstar Wireless is not responsible for device malfunctions, manufacturer restrictions, or incompatibility.

7. Number Porting

You may transfer your number from another carrier. Accurate details are required and delays may occur. Your previous service must remain active until completion.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• No illegal activities
• No fraud or abuse
• No interference with network operations
• No automated exploitation of services

9. International & Roaming

International services may be available with additional charges. Coverage is not guaranteed outside the U.S.

10. Add-On Services

Optional services like device protection, AI services, and premium features may have separate pricing and terms.

11. Service Interruptions

Service may be impacted by outages, maintenance, or external events. Continuous service is not guaranteed.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, violations, or misuse. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

13. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless required by law. Partial refunds are not provided.

14. Limitation of Liability

Rockstar Wireless is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the last billing amount.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rockstar Wireless against claims resulting from misuse or violation of terms.

16. Privacy

Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

18. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

19. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. Class actions are waived.
